This Shipping Policy outlines our delivery timelines, charges, and procedures to ensure a smooth experience for all customers.

2. Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver orders across all major areas in Kuwait, including both residential and commercial addresses.

📍 Weekend-Only Delivery Areas:
Deliveries to the following areas are completed only on weekends (Friday & Saturday):

  • Sabah Al-Ahmad


3. Delivery Charges

  • A flat delivery fee of 1 KWD applies to all orders.

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable, except in cases where:

    • The wrong product was delivered, or

    • The order was cancelled before dispatch.


4. Delivery Timeframes

Kuwait City, Hawally, Salmiya, Farwaniya, Mangaf, Fahaheel 1–3 business days
Jahra, Ahmadi, Mahboula, Egaila, Riqqa 2–4 business days
Sabah Al-Ahmad Weekend delivery only (Friday or Saturday)

5. Delivery Process

  1. Once your order is confirmed, our delivery team will contact you to schedule the delivery.

  2. If you are not available, you may reschedule delivery once at no extra charge.

Failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or repeated missed attempts may incur an additional 1 KWD re-delivery fee.


6. Self-Pickup (Optional)

Customers can also choose self-pickup from our location:

7. Delays and Exceptions

Delivery timelines may be affected by:

  • Adverse weather conditions

  • Public holidays or traffic restrictions

  • High-demand periods or inventory delays

  • Incomplete or incorrect address details

In such cases, our customer service team will notify you and arrange an updated delivery schedule.


8. International Shipping

At present, Smartkartq8 delivers only within Kuwait.
International shipping is not available at this time.
