At Smartkartq8.com, we value your satisfaction and aim to provide you with a smooth shopping experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with easy returns and refunds, in accordance with Kuwait’s consumer protection laws.
Eligibility for Return
You may request a return under the following conditions:

The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging (with tags, labels, and accessories included).

The return request is made within 14 days of receiving your order.

The item must be accompanied by the original invoice or order confirmation.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded unless received damaged or defective:

Personal care products, or hygiene-related items.

Customized or personalized products.
- Digital products, gift cards, or software downloads.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing smartkart.kw@gmail.com with:

We will arrange for an exchange or full refund after inspection.
Return Process

Submit a Return Request:
Contact our customer service at smartkart.kw@gmail.com or through your account dashboard within the return period. -
Approval & Pickup:
Once your request is approved, our courier will collect the item from your address (available in select areas) or guide you to drop it off at an authorized return center. -
Inspection & Refund:
Once received, the item will be inspected. If approved, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7–10 working days.
Refund Method
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed:

Credit/Debit Card: Refund within 7–10 business days (depending on your bank).

Cash on Delivery (COD): Refund via store credit or bank transfer.
Exchange Policy
We also offer exchanges for eligible products. If your preferred item is unavailable, you may choose a refund or store credit.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before shipping. Once shipped, the standard return process will apply. Refunds for cancelled prepaid orders will be issued within 5–7 business days.
